The Spam Situation Is Shame For Humanity
the spam situation is just a shame.
how can we keep truthful and necessary information online, in todays age of aggressive industry-led censorship?

it’s a shame for humanity actually
this is me trying to get rid of the spam in my inbox
https://dainis.net/eliminating…y-phase-1/
regarding online: the “big companies” make too much money with the existence of spam. to pay to try to “not get” something is absurd, and the people making you pay are clearly not interested in stopping the global problem
akismet is paid software right?
i don’t use it
i mean to make free software but then to make people pay to eliminate spam — when eliminating spam would be a ridiculously easy task — is an annoying and unsatisfactory societal result.
i mean look at my website’s comments section (back end). what do i have there like over 15K “comments?” of course they’re blasting my post about the necessity for compassionate vaccine debates, which means that pharmaceutical companies are the only beneficiaries of that particular spam.
i am very interested in the solutions we can come up with, including: how can we keep truthful and necessary information online, in todays age of aggressive industry-led censorship?
